What is a Master Rug Cleaner?

When your Oriental, Persian or Navajo rugs need cleaning, you want a true professional - someone who has invested time, money and a piece of their heart in being the best in their field. But how do you find that person?

One place to start is the Master Rug Cleaner website. There you can find the nearest Master Rug Cleaner to you, and review their information and website to satisfy yourself that you’ll be served by a truly professional rug cleaner. Most importantly, you’ll have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the select few cleaners that have become Certified Master Rug Cleaners did so only after a year-long course of study with Ellen Amirkhan and Aaron Groseclose, two of the world’s leading experts on rug cleaning and identification. They passed a rigorous 100 question examination including the requirement that they identify over 30 different rugs from around the world.

If you live near Southwest Colorado, visit Professional Rug Cleaning by RugMasters of Durango to see photos and videos of our operation, learn care tips and spot removal secrets, and how to make your fine rugs last longer. Or call us at 970-385-5777 or 505-592-0777 to arrange shipping, dropoff or pickup and delivery (limited area) for your fine rugs. They’ll come back to you squeaky clean, cloud-soft and fluffy!

Prevent Flood Damage This Year!

The cold weather is coming again, so here are some tips to keep your home dry this winter!

1 - Disconnect outside hoses (even “freezeless” faucets will freeze and burst if water is left in the hose…and they’ll drain into your wall, not outside!)

2 - Check washer and icemaker hoses for cracks and wear. If they look questionable, replace them ($5-10 at Kroeger’s and much cheaper and easier than a flood!)

3 - Inspect your water heater, paying special attention to the inlet/outlet lines and the drain valve.  If in doubt, consult a professional plumber for advice on replacement or repair.

4 - Turn off your water if you’re going out of town…that way, if something breaks, you don’t come back to a wet house!

And, if you do need water extraction, drying and flood restoration, call 385-8444 for prompt, courteous service by the area’s most experienced Water Damage Restoration team…we have over 50 years combined experience. We’ll get your house cleaned up and dried out as rapidly as possible to return your life to normal FAST!
