4 Steps you MUST take now to stop the damage!

1 - Locate and shut off the water if a broken pipe is the flooding culprit, to stop the entry of more water. Call a licensed plumber to fix broken pipes, or a contractor to repair the roof. (We can recommend reputable companies if you don’t know anyone - just call us at 385-8444)

2 - Avoid Hazards: Be very careful around water and electricity - it’s a deadly combination! Stay away from raw sewage backups, which contain hazardous bacteria and pathogens, and keep children and pets out of the affected area entirely!

4 - Prevent Further Damage: Furniture will stain carpet permanently in a short time, so move furniture off the wet carpet if possible, or put foil under the legs until we arrive. Remove breakables and small items from the affected areas if practical.
